  • Once you purchase a The Dream Skin Clininc E-Gift card, an email intended for your receipient will be sent to you when you're ready.

    Once processed, we will be notified to input the gifted credit into their account, ready for the receipient to use.

    When they are ready to use the credit towards treatments or skincare products, we will be able to adjust the remaining credit (if applicable) in-store.

    1. Gift card expires 3 years after the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after the expiry date will not be available for use.

    2. Gift Card is not transferrable and cannot be returned or exchanged wholly or partly for cash.

    3. If a purchase made using the Gift Card is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance will be kept for future use and valid till its expiry date.

    4. If a purchase made using the Gift Card is more than the value of the Gift Card, the recipient is required to pay the difference.
